The first residence at Solons Alley is nearing completion. The kitchen cabinets are installed; concrete counters and tile are in place. Bathroom cabinets, sinks, flooring and tile checked off. Closet systems are in, LED closet lights and Nest thermostat installed.

The Corten steel, sometimes called “weathering steel,” is up on the garage door. Also shown is the installation of galvanized steel on the garage door of Solons Alley home No. 2, which will be completed by the end of March.

Protective paper is gone from the windows and wood floors, and the home is looking finished. Appliances up next.
