S Street between 28th and 29th is a good block of Midtown. It has long-standing bungalow homes, businesses like Page Design and newer enterprises such as Temple coffee and Revolution Wines. The Sacramento Co-Op is going in around the corner. This city block of old and new in the Newton Booth Neighborhood is where we will build four new homes, specifically designed for an 80’ x 80’ alley parcel just off S Street. Construction is underway.
