Blog / Solons Alley Residences

S Street between 28th and 29th is a good block of Midtown. It has long-standing bungalow homes, businesses like Page Design and newer enterprises such as Temple coffee and Revolution Wines. The Sacramento Co-Op is going in around the corner. This city block of old and new in the Newton Booth Neighborhood is where we will build four new homes, specifically designed for an 80’ x 80’ alley parcel just off S Street. Construction is underway. The designs include two 1,452 square-foot homes with 2-bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms and two-car garages, and two 1,899 square-foot homes with 3-bedrooms, 2½ bathrooms plus two-car garages. Modern finishes, solar panels and central Midtown locale make this an exciting project for Henry + Associates.
