Here are a few views of the 80×80 lot on S Street between 28th and 29th Streets where the Solons Alley Residences will be built this spring. The property is accessed from the alley south of S Street, which is called Solons Alley. Zoned C-2, the city actually allows up to 16 units on the property and a minimum of three. The city also allows building height of up to 65-feet on this site. We think four individual city homes at a height of 35-feet is a good solution for this parcel. Our home designs are attached.
