Our Intergalactic House design is all about the interior space. The exterior of the home is understated due to the 40 x 160 shape of the lot. But inside, there is room to breathe and grow and stretch out.

The owners and builders of the home wanted 3,000 square feet of space, which is plenty of room for a family and a thriving home-based business. The open floor plan and 20-foot ceiling in the entry and stairwell make a dramatic first impression. Abundant windows and orientation to the private backyard give the home warmth and depth.
