Framing is happening and the Indie House is underway. Here are a few early views of the two-story home situated on a 74 x 80 infill lot just off Broadway at 20th Street. Henry + Associates have worked on a number of infill projects, and this lot is especially choice due to its size and location in Sacramento’s Curtis Park neighborhood. Our design makes good use of the parcel with an open and efficient floor plan. At 2,208 square-feet, the home includes four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a two-car garage with a work area. An indoor/outdoor feeling is part of the plan and three sliding glass doors let the natural light shine. Second story views next week!
